plugin to share any video from WP to Facebook

I post videos from many sites to my WP blog. When I share them no thumbnails are generated and only a link for the post only shows on my Facebook fanpage. If the video is from Youtube everything works fine, thumbnail is generated in the share and vid will play on my facebook wall.

Does anyone know why the vids wont share and how to fix the problem?
