Plugin to Post Article Excerpt From Link

I have a client who has finally started using his blog, but all he does is post a big ugly link to an article on another site. (I finally got him to at least put a title on the post.)

I need a plug-in that will look at his link, pull in an excerpt from the page, and post the excerpt with a “continue reading” link.

This is only worth doing if it can all happen without any change in behavior on his part. He doesn’t want to learn to use a sharing toolbar, or to cut and paste a paragraph into the post.

I tried to look up a plug-in, but I’m not sure what terms to search. “Link”, “Excerpt,” “Post Link Excerpt”… they all get ten bazillion results.

Does anyone know a plug-in that will do this?
