   Hi everyone,
   anyone have any suggestions for a plugin to manage users where they can only edit specific pages? I am doing it for my company and I want specific departments to only be able to edit that particular department. also they won't have access to the other pages.

   i tried the plugin called "user access manager" but it looks like it wants to create users by IP address. I am looking to do it by username. any suggestions?

   Justin T's Member plugin will let you define a New role for these users and limit what they can do: http://justintadlock.com/archives/2009/09/17/members-wordpress-plugin

   - use peters log in redirect plugin and when this 'role' logs in they will see a unique page.
