   I need a plugin which will give a feed for each category. Is there a plugin to do this?

   WordPress_Feeds explains about built-in category feeds so you might not need a plugin.

   Category feeds are indeed built in.

   Examples:
   http://www.jasonstanley.co.uk/category/clients/feed/
   http://www.jasonstanley.co.uk/category/hosting/feed/
   http://www.jasonstanley.co.uk/category/django/feed/
