Plugin to enable email to users?

i really don’t understand why this isn’t part of wordpress…but anyway, i’m searching all over and don’t find anything that has gotten a lot of positive reviews yet. what do you recommend for a plugin that allows you to email all your users? or at the very least to export the emails to a file? (i’d rather not have to log onto my cpanel and export from the database every time i want to email my users!)
