I am looking for a plugin that makes it easy to display external links in a sidebar. Bonus points if it allows for users to submit content. Does anyone know of such a plugin?
Please help if you can!

Posted 1 year ago #I know TDO can do this but it's not working in 3.1.2.
This can't be an impossible question. Someone out there has to be using something with the functions I want. If I have to manually add links I will but I would personally like to have the users be able to submit links.
