It's basically what Advertising Manager used to do.
You add the Ad/Content Block and select which category(ies) you'd like the ad/content to appear in. You then add it in the Widgets area and it'll only show if the post is in the category you selected.
Adsense Manager does not do the job, as there's no option to select category (only where abouts on the page).
