   Looking for a plugin to add a big, full-width site index like the one seen here:

   http://www.stonebriar.org

   (click "Ministry Index" in the top right to bring it down)

   I would hope to fill in the contents manually, rather than having them automatically generated based on categories, pages, etc. I have searched with no luck, as I'm not positive what terms to look for.
