   I'd like to find a simple plugin to calculate the total number of posts (and pages, if possible) on my blog at any given time. The # should only appear in the admin section.

   The purpose is to attract advertisers with an accurate estimation of the size of my blog (such as on Text Link Ads).

   I tried the one available here: http://andersdrengen.dk/projects/ however it just pulls up a count in the public view of the blog, not the admin area.

   That already happens in WP without a plugin. If you at the "Blog Stats" under "Latest Activity" in your dashboard you'll see the total number of posts. It doesn't list the number of pages though.

   This is in 2.1.3.

   Oh duh, I only see the # of posts and comments every day!

   Thanks for drawing my attention to that stat.
