Plugin to change the page (container) color

    I have looked over past posts, and it seems that changes to the code are necessary to just change the color of a page, not the background, but the actual page that the text is on. Is there a plugin that can make this process easier for a nube like me? Changing the background is easy, why is the page so different. I guess that makes two questions.
