Plugin to Block Spam Users Emails and Accounts to my blog

I am getting a lot of spam user accounts being created each hour.. probably close to 20 or more.. I tried using bad behavior but it recently isn’t blocking these:
examples are dumpster@toystorybirthday.org, chester@more-infos-about.com, millionaire@millionairesecretsrevealednow.com.. What should I do to block these accounts from continuing to be created.. Thanks in advance for suggestions
