• Hello,

I have a huge amount of menus and sub-menus in Appearance/Menus as my site is around 1,000 pages and growing.

The default tabbed layout for menus for pages is getting way too cumbersome, and it now takes ages to find a specific menu. The habit of the menus scrolling left and right on their own doesn’t help matters…

Is there a plugin that will allow me to see the whole menu structure in a taxonomical fashion? I’m damned if I can find one! I’m using CMS Page Order plugin to view all pages in a hierarchical manner, so is there something similar, but for menus instead?

One other real problem with the tabbed menu layout at present is having to scroll to the end of the tabs to create a new menu is also now mind numbingly slow. While I’d really prefer a proper taxonomy, alternatively what about a simple button saying ‘create menu’ on the page instead?

Also, I could really do with a taxonomical structure to the Widgets section too. Does anyone know of a way to get a hierarchical view of say, the Primary Top Sidebar on that page?

I’m not a coder, so it has to be plugins for me…
