The reply comments appear to be linked to the original, but they aren't displayed as indented on my theme.
I really would love to use this plugin, but it hasn't worked for me for one reason or another since I downloaded it (~4 months ago).
I even modded the thing so it would display the TinyMCE box on my index page, but that was before I discovered the broken reply thing. Now it's disabled, and my mods are in a save file while I wait for an updated plugin.
