[Plugin: TinyMCE Excerpt] Still a problem with inserted images in post appearing in excerpt

When inserting an image into a post, it will appear in both the post and the excerpt.

Hopefully this can be sorted out with an update for an otherwise pretty good plugin(*).

(* Can we get the HTML tab like there is on the post area? Cleaning up dirty code in the excerpt area is difficult without it.)
