   So I have downloaded the xml file from the TinyMCE website but where do I upload it?

   If I upload it to the root folder of the plugin, nothing happens. Same if I create a /langs folder and leave the xml file there.

   The xml file is for translators only. You need the actual [lang].js and [lang]_dlg.js files where [lang] is your locale.
