   I've upgraded most of my sites to WP3.2.1 and now TMCE does not work. Not only that but the visual editor doesn't work either - it just looks like the HTML editor. Very frustrating! Please help.

   Most likely a JS error caused by an older plugin. Try updating all plugins and your theme, if it persist, check for errors in your browser's console.
