   I just installed the 3.10 version and here is the problem:

   - there is no modification to my toolbar no matter what tools i select (using drag & drop) in the settings section of the plugin.

   Maybe soon will be released a 3.20 version.

   Maybe try deleting the cache in wp-content/uploads/js_cache
   ??

   Have you tried to empty the cache of your browser and refresh the webpage?

   Deactivate NextGen Gallery; that worked for me, as it seems this plugin conflicts the NextGen Gallery plugin.
