I’ve enabled the “Stop removing P and BR in HTML editor” feature in TinyMCE Advanced 3.1 on WordPress 2.6, and I’ve cleared my cache (browser cache and even WP’s cache) repeatedly, but the “autop” and “undo” buttons do not appear in the HTML editor. I see only the following list of buttons: B, i, link, b-quote, del, ins, img, ul, ol, li, code, more, lookup, close tags. Those buttons take up almost (but not quite) the full width of the page thanks to WP 2.5/2.6’s new fixed-width admin screen, so I’m not sure where two more buttons would fit, but they’re not there.

    Is this a known issue?

  • yes, the author disabled it in the 3.1 version since the feature was aparently causing problems.

@erik Harris yes, these are disabled in the current version as were causing more problems than benefits for most users. Will move that functionality to another plugin.
