[Plugin: Thumblated Related Post] How to remove excerpt? (2 posts)

I would like to just show the thumbnail and the post title, removing the excerpt.

I tried setting the excerpt to 0 in the settings, but when you make any changes at all in the settings and click Save, it adds in a backslash before each of the quotation marks in the Body field, which then causes the plugin to not work properly.

I tried using the Plugin Editor to change the 100 to 0, but that didn't do anything at all.

How can I set it to show no excerpt without messing up the Body code?

You probably figured this out, but I'll post what I did in case anyone else needs help. I had the same problem as you. So I deactivated the plugin. Edited the file "en_US_options.php" outside of wordpress, uploaded it back into the same folder, then activated it again.

Now if I can figure out how to specify a default image when a post doesn't have one.
