Plugin throws Fatal error

    The plugin used to work fine for me , I had to deactivate the plugin for some reason, but when I try to install it again, it throws fatal error and no idea why !! have been trying to fix this any help would be appreciated !! however, if the plugin works, it is very useful and did help me in the past to find many unwanted and spammy outbound links within my site.
