I am testing this on a multi-site and I have different admins for each site.
Is is possible for one admin to block or unlink an incoming post? I see the option to delete for the incoming admin, however when the original post is updated it just re-creates the post again on the incoming side.

I have a similar (or maybe the same question)
Can an admin on a subsite unlink a post that was broadcasted to their subsite from another site.
I see the unlink option on the originating site broadcasting the psot or page, but I do not see the unlink option on the receiving site post or page.
I configured the permissions so that administrators have access to
Broadcast access Role
Link access role
However, on a receiving subsite, should an admin be able to see the unlink option or is that only available on the originating site?
