[Plugin: ThreeWP Activity Monitor] Activation not working

    Hi,

    The plugin installed OK, but when attempting to Activate Plugin, I get an error page:
    HTTP 500 – Internal Server Error
    The server responded with an error page.

    This error is unique to this plugin on my site.
