[Plugin: Threaded Comments Management] Uninstall left two bronken symlinks

Using the dashboard, first I deactivated, then removed the plugin.

These two broken symlinks were left behind:

wp-admin/wp-tc-edit-comments.php
wp-admin/includes/class-wp-tc-comments-list-table.php

No big deal, I know. But it would be better if they were not there 🙂
