[Plugin: Theme My Login] I can't login. I've overwritten the login page by accident.

Hello, I love this plugin and it has been working great. My issue is not with this plugin, but I’m not sure where else to turn for help. I’m new to WordPress and was making a modification to my site with a privacy policy plugin. I thought it was going to put a link to the policy on the page, or at maximum append to existing content. I did not expect to overwrite it! I’m sure it’s my fault for not reading closely enough. Now my login page is overwritten, and I can’t get into the admin console. I have a DB only backup (WP DB Backup). Please help.
