[Plugin: Theme My Login] Error on login redirect after password change

    I’m receiving the following error after the login redirect, after changing my password.

    – logging in as a fake “customer”
    – performed password reset and change
    – pw change successful, redirected to login page
    – login with new password
    – after login, redirects to My Account page
    – on the My account page receive the error

    The error reads:
    “Action failed. Please refresh the page and retry.”

    It still redirects to the My Account correctly, but that error happens every time with this particular sequence of events. Not sure what would cause this.

    BTW, if you refresh the page it goes away.

    Not a huge issue, but annoying. Ideas?
