[Plugin: Theme-Check] filenames blacklist – Netbeans IDE project files

Suggestions for additional items for the blacklist inside the checks/filenames.php:

project.properties
project.xml

Both are related to the storage of project information inside the Netbeans IDE.

(For the checks/directories.php, the folder nbproject could be blacklisted too.)
