   I just upgraded my openhook plugin and it completely erased all the code I had in my header and footers. Is there any way to get this info back? Please help as my site currently doesn't have a nav bar.

   I upgraded from 3.0 to 3.1. Please help I'm screwed! :(

   Even if you upgrade from 3.3.0 to 3.3.1 you need to follow this. Back in action!
