Oh, stupid me… It’s actually a link to the previous event… I didn’t realise because my styles aren’t clear enough so it merely looks like text. It needs << before it to illustrate it’s navigational text/link.

If it’s possible to ask a follow-up question:
Surely if an event is ‘hidden’ from public view (i.e. our AGM, which we only want our members to see it once they’re logged in) is there a way to exclude it from being used as a navigation link in this way?

Thanks (and apologies for earlier muppetry)

Hi there rypo73. Thanks for the note! I haven’t done a full pass on the forums in a couple weeks, so my apologies for the delay in responding so far. It looks like you’ve got this first issue figured out, which is awesome.

On the second question: which event on your calendar is the AGM? The calendar is supposed to operate in such a way that, like a regular post, if the event is marked “Private” or “Password” protected it will be hidden accordingly. If you are looking to find a role manager plugin that allows you to configure who sees what, let me know and I can try to point you in the right direction on a few I’m aware of.

    Hope that helps.
