Considering the significance of the 2.0 upgrade, a few of us are trying to live with 1.65 a little longer. I know you still have it available to download.

    Some questions:

1 Is the Pro version of 1.65 still available for purchase?

    2. What is the support lifecycle status for the two 1.65 editions?

    3. Are there any plans to allow 1.65 compatibility with ANY future WordPress updates?

    4. Are there plans to release the "migrate" tool as a standalone applet (at least one person reports not being offered the Migrate button in 2.0)?

    5. Are there plans for an applet to convert back and forth TO and FROM 1.65 posts and 2.x custom posts?

    6. Any integration of the sets of Categories (e.g., a 1.65 event post in a WordPress "music" category to a 2.x custom post in an events.music category)? Or maybe that's already there...

    hi bwp,

    1. nope. We had to take it down today based upon our agreement with code canyon.

    2. We plan to provide support for PRO 1.3.3 until the end of the year at support.makedesignnotwar.com/categories/e. The open source version was pretty much unsupported for the last year so not much is changing there.

    3. We have completely set 1.6.5 code aside. As you probably know, it was become extremely out of date and had all sorts of issues with WordPress 3+.

    4. The migrate tool is built in and should function of for everyone. That report is a bug and we are working with the person to identify the issue. We are making an import tool that will allow a csv of events to be imported into 2.0 for anyone with a big pile of events

    5. nope. Not supporting 1.6.5 so we are not making a backwards migration script. People are welcome to make one and promote it on the forum.

    6. It should be in there, and if it is not working let us know so that we can help resolve the bug.

    Hope that helps.
