Woke up to strange errors appearing in the header space above TEC's grid view. I don't think it's related to the update, as I hadn't made the change yet when I noticed this...

Any idea what's going on with this function and why the error would appear only now in the header?
I'd like to either fix the header so it's consistent with the rest of the site or (a distant second-best) get rid of the header above the grid view altogether.
