[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Simple addition of calendar

I have been reading the instructions and support areas for a couple of days and have reached the point of needing help.
A lot of other plug-ins have a simple add-in copy and paste solution for creating a page./ ie. [browser-function-name]
All I want to do is to create two calendars on my site, one for a monthly visual calendar and one as a list in chronological order.

1. Is there a simple way to do this?
2. Can I hire you guys to do this for me?

I am not a php guy…I know enough html to be dangerous.
