We have been using ECP for several years now and find that local site search results show old events. Is there a convenient way (enhancement?) to purge old non-recurring events? I suppose that a mysql script would do the trick. Or perhaps there a way to specify the lifetime of an event – I haven’t found it.

    Thank you.

  • This is an interesting request; while we don’t have built in functionality to specify the lifecycle of an event, I could personally see the value there.

Could you just filter the list to show only events before X date, and then bulk action -> unpublish those? Or are you looking for something more robust?

Andrzej, since I never heard anything back from you here I’m going to assume you got this RESOLVED and will mark it as such. Please let me know if you disagree and we can continue this discussion. Thanks again for your ongoing support!
