• Will not display events properly. Clicking an event link in the calendar (or widget) display leads to a page with the blog loop on it and intersperses Date, time, etc features in the middle of a blog post that has nothing to do with the event. I installed it and deleted it twice to see if I had missed something the first time. It persists on doing crazy things.

  • Hey there Sweetroxie. Thanks for the note. We unfortunately have received a few reports of broken functionality when running against Headway. We improved the experience as much as we could on our end between 2.0.3 and 2.0.4 (the current release). I assume you’re running that already but let me know if not.

Otherwise, we looked into the issues that remain for a while and there is unfortunately just too much of a difference between how Headway operates (which does appear to be outside of WordPress core and regular theme behavior) and how Events Calendar PRO operates.

Apologies I couldn’t offer up more here. Please let me know if you’ve got any other questions.

Thanks for your response. I discovered that I had a plugin conflict with a plugin called Quick Post Widget. A colleague is now using your calendar on Headway 3.1 and it works well for her. So it does work, as long as you don’t also use Quick Post Widget or any of the front end posting/editing/submission plugins. I ended up going with Ajax Event Calendar. By the time I realized about the plugin conflict I was too exhausted to fiddle around anymore. Thanks again.

Ah, excellent to hear you got this figured out. Bummer to see you switched to a different plugin but I can totally understand your position. Best of luck with the site going forward!
