[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Custom Widget template is too strict

    I need to add some jQuery to my custom templated widget (events-list-load-widget-display.php).

    The problem is that this template contains only the event item elements.

    What I need is to add also the jQuery script to call when the widgets is included.
    In a nutshell, I need to add this code outside the

      ” tag.

    I could use functions.php or some other places but this would add the script to all pages, whilst would be better to add the script only when needed.

    Maybe there is a hook or a filter I could use?

    Any tip?
