Conditional Formatting (2 posts)

    Hi,

    I would like to use WordPress conditional formatting for the events categories.

    With regular categories I would just say:

    <?php

    if (is_category('109') ) {
    wp_nav_menu(array('sort_column' => 'menu_order', 'menu_class' => 'main', 'theme_location' => 'bazzoni-menu'));
    } elseif(is_category(array( 11, 'cut-rite'))) {
    wp_nav_menu(array('sort_column' => 'menu_order', 'menu_class' => 'main', 'theme_location' => 'cutrite-menu'));
    }

    ?>

    How would I do this for an event category?

    Thanks?!

    Hey Siegoboy. Thanks for the note here, and for using The Events Calendar. While I'm not familiar with this issue myself, looking through our PRO forums I saw a couple threads that looked like they might be of value to you:

    * http://tri.be/support/forums/topic/conditional-categories/
    * http://tri.be/support/forums/topic/help-writing-a-category-specific-conditional/

    Can you take a look and let me know if I misunderstood here, or if those point you in the right direction? Thanks in advance!
