[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Comments off regardless of checkbox option

    Issue: Comments are off regardless of checkbox option in post.

    Setup:
    Wordpress Ver: 2.92
    Theme: Titan

    Installed Plugins:
    The Events Calendar
    Share on Facebook

    The Events Calendar Settings:
    Default View for Events: Event
    Show Comments: Yes
    Default Country: US
    Embed Google Maps: On
    Feature on Event Date: Off

    Repro Steps:
    Under Settings/Events Calendar Settings, enable Show Comments by checking “Yes”
    Create new post and under “Discussion” section check “Allow Comments”
    Publish Post
    Observe post states, “Comments Off”

    Related Info:
    If I deactivate the events calendar, edit post and recheck “Allow Comments” and publish, comments are allowed. If I now reactivate the events calendar and edit the post, comment are again off.
