I've used the plugin on two(2) client sites as follows:
The first one works without a hitch with the Calendar navigation at the top.
The second one displays the calendar but leaves out most of the navigation for the calendar.
Both items have been installed with the same settings. The only thing different is the theme I am using on the second site. The theme is Directory Press.
Thanks Doug

Hi Doug. Thanks for the note here, and for reaching out. We can definitely try to get this sorted for you.
But just to clarify: when you mean the "navigation for the calendar", are you talking about this (http://cl.ly/2Z0e3H2h2E3s391T2o3U)? The month-based navigation (http://cl.ly/3y0r0m0q393E1G3e3l1K) I am seeing in place on both sites. Just wanted to check since the calendar doesn't include that first example by default so I'm guessing you built it...let me know and we'll do what we can to troubleshoot from there.

Yeah, I changed the theme and it's working now. Thanks for getting back to me. The theme must have been the problem. Thanks for getting back to me. The issue is resolved. Very cool plugin. Best regards Doug
Excellent to hear, Doug - thanks for confirming as much and for the words about the plugin. If you need anything else, please just let us know.
