plugin that will insert a new post based on a link

Hello,

I have a wordpress theme and I would like to know if there is a plugin that will help me do this:

Whenever i add a new post and at the end of the post a provide a link to a freeware/software the plugin will add another post with some predefined content and only in this second post the link to the freeware to be available for download. I hope i was clear about it.

and click the download button.
