[Plugin: Testimonials Widget] Does this plug in use admin-ajax.php to refresh?

I was just wondering if this plug-in calls to admin-ajax.php a whole bunch or not? I’m currently using a quotes collection plug in that has been hammering my server’s CPU processes.

Thought I’d ask if anyone knows before installing.
