   In the Trunk version (0.2) the testimonials-widget-widget.php file has a Plugin Name, Description and Version listed. Having these listed in a comment at the top of this file as well as the main plugin file caused the plugin not to activate on my install.

   When I deleted these three lines from this file the plugin activated just fine.
