[Plugin: TDOMF] Categories not updating?

    Hi…ALL

    i m using TDOMF plugin v0.12.5

    but when i add new categories
    thay are not updating in the category widget of submit content

    when i manually add each category in form hacker
    then it appears in submit categories list…

    when i make any change in TDOMF settings > categories widget
    (like exclude categ., hierarchical mode )
    After “save changes” changes not appear in the submit form

    while change of settings in all Upload & other widgets setting changed properly!

    How to make changes in the categories widget effective ?
    plz HELP to resolve
