[Plugin: TDO Mini Forms] Single Quote ‘ Problem

Everything is working fine with TDOMF Except one thing which always occurs when somebody use a ‘ (single quote) in the post or post title so after the form is submitted when it comes to Moderation its changed to \’

For example if somebody posted: Don’t do it

In Moderation page it will looks like: Don\’t do it

so if we approve the post it will go like Don\’t do it Couldn\’t do it

So any suggestion? how to get rid of this
