   I've made my form but keep getting the message, no form ID set. I let TDO automatically create my form page, so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong.

   Suggestions?

   did you use the form hacker? Could you make sure to reset it?

   Can you try disabling all other plugins (and possible use the default theme) and see if the problem remains? If its not that, it'd be worth me having a look at your phpinfo. Also can you get access to your hosts error logs and see if there is an error when you submit something?

   I'm getting this same error. I've tried resetting the form, disabling all other plugins and switching back to the default theme - none of those make any difference. I also tried creating a brand-new form with nothing but the uploader, and the error persists.

   Any other ideas?
