[Plugin: TDO Mini Forms] lots of server 500s

not up to date, plugin would crash the plugins.php file and mysteriously started crashing even the edit.php.. it corrupted something and then i couldnt activate the plugin or any other new plugins without being locked out of my dashboard by a server 500 error. I ended up having to buy Formidable because I couldnt solve the problem and searches led me to alot of unanswered queries in the community but hardly any in 2011.. its clear that this is an abandoned plugin.. but sadly enough when i had it working it provided me with the most desirable form functions for my purposes.. and it was free. i wish it would have worked
