Does anyone knows how to implement TDO Mini Form to WordPress Page instead of Sidebar..?? I really need to install this form submission only in my PAGE, not in my sidebar..., Can anyone help me ?? Thanks

You have to crate new page or post and put there this shortcodes: [tdomf_form1]
