   Hi All,

   I've tried this in WP 2.8 and 2.8.3

   I have a feeling this is a problem with my host: 1and1, but was hoping someone else could help me with this little problem.

   When I click on "activate" to activate this plugin ([TDO Mini Forms]), I get a 500 Server Error.

   Error 500 - Internal server error

   An internal server error has occured!
   Please try again later.

   I can activate and deactivate other plugins without a problem.

   Doh....

   I figured it out. I needed to use PHP5 (and MySQL 5.0)

   Just fixed the php with:

   AddType x-mapp-php5 .php .htm .html

   in the htaccess. (This works on 1and1 shared servers.)
