This is absolutely a great plugin, but it will be fantastic if you can create a link that one can just click on to wish friend happy birthday like it does on facebook.

Anyways, prashu132: no, this plugin requires Buddypress (ie the user’s birthdate uses Buddypress Extended Profile). Maybe now that WP and WPMU are merging it would become easier to make a standalone version of this plugin.
