   Hello there,

   I have a prospect (client) wanting me to update his blog to the latest version of WP (3.3). When I login to the Dashboard, I see things very differently as I seen them before. Not sure if this was a total custom development or what, but I can't even see the Plugins tab. It seems like the Plugins are under settings. Can't see the Appearance tab either. Anyway, I have attached a screenshot of the left side menu bar.

   Please if someone can help try to figure this out, I would really appreciate it.

   Check your profile. Are you logged in as an admin?
