[Plugin: SyntaxHighlighter Evolved] unpredictable display of highlighting or raw

Hi,

My site does not consistently display the syntax highlighting, but often drops back to raw mode. Yesterday it seemed that after disabling better-minify plugin, highlighting rendered correctly. Now it is back to raw.

The example in the settings menu looks fine. I verified my footer has the correct closing php code. Yet my examples do not display: i.e. http://www.carlboettiger.info/archives/2450

I’m at a loss to figure out what to check next. I’ve tried disabling any other plugin that might conflict, with no success. How can I at least see if the script is trying to run and see what errors are occurring?
