   great plugin, result looks great, but disabled it after I saw that:

   • it made my download size of my homepage go from 145Kb to 214Kb, significantly impacting download time (and despite using a js/css packer plugin)
   • that 70KB are added for every page request, even if there is no code to be highlighted

   surely this can be optimized?
